Maritime History at the South Street Seaport

Learn more about New York's rich maritime history at this unique historic district in the heart of Lower Manhattan. Visitors can explore 12 blocks of landmark warehouses and historic buildings, enjoy a visit to a working 19th century print shop and stationers, wander along Fulton Street overlooking the East River, and tour the museum's fleet of six historic ships, including an iron sailing ship, a fishing schooner and a floating lightship.

Prices -

 Museum tickets are $12 adults, $8 students/seniors and $5 children (2-12). Kids under 2 enter free. Sail Pioneer! harbor cruise tickets are $38 adults, $32 students/seniors, $20 children (2-12), and $5 children under 2. 
 

Hours - 

Open Tuesday-Sunday from 10am-6pm (April-December). Open Friday-Monday from 10am-5pm (January-March).
